Did you get any further with this? does it drive ok? is it ok on fuel economy? from what I read 40 to 50+ mpg is considered normal, Im no mechanic but im wondering if perhaps its just noisy and theres not really anything wrong with it? having said that I hate it if one of my cars dosnt sound right, ...

IDK anything about leak off tests so cant help with that but I have used injector cleaner that you add to the fuel tank, I was recommended to use millers, I think I read somewhere that euro car parts sell it or perhaps ebay? My friend has a garage and he has a little tool for testing injectors, you ...

Hi Mat sells the timing pins, actually they are just drill bits so if you have the right size you could use them?

Not done this myself but I would think it would be bumper off, wheel off, remove plastic wheel arch liner.

As far as I know the pump solenoid would be noisy all the time, they call it tractor syndrome or something. As a process of elimination I would change the injectors, you can get used ones off ebay or if you want to add up to 30bhp instantly get sdi injectors from a rover 200 or 400 but not from a 25...

I tried HID and the beam pattern was appalling, so they replaced them with projector bulbs instead of reflector and they where better but pointed to far to the left, they wernt very good as they had plastic bases rather than metal, maybe this affected the aim? they where bright but the beam was not ...
