i did order the decat, cause it has an inside diameter of 59 mm. 2mm thick, so outside will be around 63 than. Sounds to me it is the right thing.
Now waiting on the package and than fitting it als removing egr on the car.

Inside Diameter Decat / exhaust

I have a question about the Decat for the L-series Diesel I own a Rover 45 IDT Club, at this point 140 BHP and 330 NM already have the Catalysist Degutted, i know have found a straight pipe for this car, but i also need some for a 200 Diesel. Are these catalyst converters the same size on every car?...

Thanks for the reaction, i have seen the powerfigures on the most off the cars, but thinking of the maximum power figures for the standard turbo i could say that at this point my car is almost at the top. In terms of bang for buck then the biggest wins are: SDi injectors Remap I'm not saying don't do it, just that you are unlikely to get huge performance increases from it thats all. I know that it would not be such a big bang for money, but wanting the fasted Rover diesel on the mainland means that ...

this modification would be for a Rover 45 IDt from 2001 so the EGR valve is no problem. I know that upping the boost and fitting the SDi Injectors would give a big performance increase, but every little thing helps. So there for i asked, i know that they are some nice performance stats without this ...
