adjusting boost MG ZT-T
Do the same differences apply if i wanted more boost ( on my zt ) as it does when shortening the actuator arm on the older l-series engine? If so would I be looking at the pushing for the same psi ( 19 ) or is it a completely different story?

Nice one E_T_V, gonna be gettin it checked out but for now its still goin good. No signs dots of oil on ground but could be losing it as I'm driving it!

all done, drove car for just over an hour and belt was fine.
fitted the 800ti alloys and has totally changed the look and handling of the old girl!!

cam belt
Oil pump sorted! But havin probs with cam belt, when re-fitting the cam belt it was tensioned, took it for a spin and everything was fine. I checked for leaks and there wasn't any ( thank god!) i then noticed that the belt had loosened. Not a great deal but enough to cause concern! Everything was re...

got an oil pump off fleabay £23!! one problem tho! it had a tempature sensor and it was fouling against an oil pipe, so put a blank in it! it only got overtightened and f*@#%ng cracked it !!!!!!!!!! so the cemical metal has come out! aint had time to re-fit to see if it has worked, even if it works ...
