Strut brace

Post by Kieranm105 »

Has anyone got a strut brace fitted in their engine bay?
I am looking for one to fit to my 1999 freelander and wondered if any of the other Rover ones would fit?

I'd guess it'll have to be a custom (adapted) one to fit. Can't imagine many people are really worried about ultimate handling in a freelander.

Just thought it might be something else to help stop the roll when cornering.

Roll is controlled by:

1. Stiffness of the springs
2. Stiffness of the anti-roll bars.

Increasing either will counteract roll, but sacrifice ride quality.
