rover 75 bonnet stuck!!

i just made a mistake onmy friends rover 75 v6

i was fixing the n/s bonnet catch which had become stuck, i managed to fix it and it worked but i remembered that he had disconected the cable to the faulty catch so now only one catch works & i cant open the bonnet !!!
there must be a way of opening the catch cos what would happen if a cable broke ?
the cable is 3 piece, the bonnet relese handle cable goes to a box on o/s front wing then in the box it connects to the two cables that go to the catches themselfs.

i realise this is nothing to do with rover 45 diesels but im worried ive broken it !

i would be very greatfull for any advise.

Is it only disconnected at one of the catches?

If so then you are going to have to get to the catch itself to open it.

Not familiar with the 75 myself I'm afraid.
