They aren't a common failure so a scrapyard may be a good source.

However I have to ask what is wrong with the original rack? If it has just failed the mot because of a leak then check the rack boots. If split it is normal for a small amount of oil to come out, but the mot tester will fail it because it looks like the rack is losing fluid.

it must be a faulty seal on the rack as did post a few weeks ago about a boot being split
& fluid leaking which i have kept an eye on but i am having to top up once a week, also when stood for a few
days steering giving a little grown when frist started up
so i say out with the rack as no leaks apart from that split boot

Before you swap the rack, check the hose clips on the power steering fluide reservoir as they almost universally leak. Replace with jubilee clips. Also check that the pump itself isn't leaking. Otherwise you can get your existing rack refurbed if you don't mind the car being off the road for a while, but otherwise if not a scrap rack then a recon exchange one from a motorfactor should do the trick and have a warrenty.
