I'm back with one question. How deep have you ever played with the so called gov mod ? Pre loading the spring in the governor arm. The non returning valve is before the pump of course mounted ;) I'm now waiting 15sec. after the glow plug light turns off and the I have no problem with cranking. But if I start the engine after a few hours right after the glow plug light turns off I have to crank longer. Maybe I should install the...

The easiest ignition wire in the engine bay is from the EGR solenoid (brown/orange) ;) Fitted my pump last Friday but i have some problems with it. :( After some time the fuel is returning back to the tank and I have to crank longer :x The pump needs over 15sec longer, after the glow plugs light swi...

You should post some pics how it looks like. To fit a pressure gauge isn't a bad idea, how does it look like
I'm not that ultra conscious I thought to build a relay switch and if you will not start the engine after 30sec the pump will tun off

Fit a fuel lift pump and that should help. Thats what I've done to protect the pump from fuel starvation.
