hi are 620 ti 282mm disc and calipers a direct fit to my 220sdi it has 17" wheels? cheers

Short answer is no.

Discs for the 600 are completely different. The ones you want are for the ZR160/ZS180.

Then the carriers need modifying slightly so that they sit centrally over the disc. They need a couple of washers inserting and the inside of the carrier grinding so that it fits over the disc (ZR160 discs are thicker than 620ti ones).

I've done the mod on the missus 220 turbo (petrol), and it is very worthwhile if you are getting brake fade on the standard 262 discs.

The ZR160/ZS180 calipers/carriers and discs are a direct swap. The 600ti setup is only worth doing if you can get the parts cheap.

Oh yes I forgot to say that this setup will fit under a VERY few 15 inch wheels and should fit easily under 16+wheels etc.

I've got some pics somewhere of the conversion on the 200 wedge if you need some pointers. I thought they were on the web but it looks like they are still on my PC somewhere!
