IDK anything about leak off tests so cant help with that but I have used injector cleaner that you add to the fuel tank, I was recommended to use millers, I think I read somewhere that euro car parts sell it or perhaps ebay?
My friend has a garage and he has a little tool for testing injectors, you put some fuel in and set the pressure then turn a handle which builds the pressure in the injector till it fires, hopefully at the right pressure and you can check the spray pattern as well as it fires, I wonder if you could borrow one to check your injectors?
Some people use a sonic cleaner thing that vibrates the dirt off of things to clean the injectors as well.
Hope this helps.
Found this.

They are bosch 2 stage injectors. Leakoff tests won't usually tell you anything on these injectors as they aren't electronic.

Testing them at a diesel specialist may cost less than you think. I used to get charged under a fiver an injector when I last had them done. (with this refunded against any work needed).

If one injector is different to all the others however then this isn't a good sign.

Check that the copper washer isn't still in the hole in the head. To remove simply push a pencil into the hole and the washer will stick to the end and can be lifted out (its a simple trick but a really really useful one!)
