Alternator belt

hi guys i have a problem with my powersteering pump the seals have started to leak ;( ;( stripped down the front end to get to the bolts at the bottom of the pump but i cant find the adjustor to loosen off the belt so i can remove the alternator and powersteering pump
anyone help?????????

There is no adjuster as such as it is auto adjusting.

Simply put a 15mm spanner on the idler pulley and rotate it clockwise (I think), to loosen the belt. It is spring loaded so it automatially tensions the belt in use.
